What to Expect

When you attend a session with Ironbark Breathwork you will enter our inviting and comforting space set to promote relaxation, peace and inner harmony. We provide a yoga mat and cushion (For under the knees), you provide any blanket and pillow you may wish to bring with you.

After taking some time to meet and get settled we will go through an introduction to set expectations so everyone gets the most out of the experience and also to ensure it is facilitated with integrity.

I will guide you through some breathing to align with the given journey being undertaken.

Then, with use of wireless headsets and eye masks for multiple layers of sensory deprivation, we will dive into the full experience: music you can feel in your body, guided breath patterns, subtle soundscapes designed to help your mind and body relax, and even activation phases building up to a cathartic release.

It's not possible to do it 'wrong'.

You will simply follow your breath.

Your body knows exactly what to do.

In conclusion, you may feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

You may also feel like you have just been cracked open.
Either way, we here are Ironbark Breathwork are by your side not just throughout the journey, but after.
